This tool lets you overlay text directly onto a PDF, which makes it perfect for filling in personal details in contracts, applications, and other documents.
How to use:
Select Text in the left-hand toolbar > Click anywhere on a document > Start typing.
Apply your signature or initials
Execute deals and sign off on documents by placing your legally binding electronic signature onto a PDF.
How to use:
Select Signature or Initials > Create your eSignature by typing, drawing, or uploading an image > Drop your signature onto a document > Adjust a signature’s position and size.
Add a date
Place a formatted date anywhere on your PDF, ensuring your contracts and agreements are accurately timestamped and finalized.
How to use:
Select Date > Drop the current date onto a document and edit if needed > Adjust a date’s position and size.
Add checkmarks
Insert checkmarks into your PDF to fill out forms, complete checklists, or select options within formal applications and surveys.
How to use:
Select Checkmark > Place a checkmark onto a document > Adjust a checkmark’s position and size.
Insert an image

How to use:
Select Insert Image > Upload an image from your device > Place an image onto a document > Adjust an image's position and size.
Draw and highlight
Use the freehand Draw tools to annotate and mark up your PDFs:
Pen for freehand drawing
Marker for hand-drawn highlighting
Text Highlight for highlighting specific lines
Eraser to quickly remove your annotations.
Edit PDF content
Modify the original content of your PDF: add, delete, or rewrite text and tweak formatting. This tool is perfect for fixing typos, updating terms in a contract, or refreshing outdated information without going back to the source file.
How to use:
Select Edit Content > Double-click the content block you want to modify > Edit or remove content as needed > Click Apply changes to save your progress.
