Navigate your workspace and manage your agreements efficiently from one centralized location.


Loio is an all-in-one contract workspace where you can draft, review, sign, and send agreements from a single tab. The dashboard is your command center, providing quick access to your files, signature requests, and a vast library of professional templates.

Home

The Home section is your starting point every time you log in to Loio. It provides a high-level overview of your recent activity and documents.

In Home, you can view:

  • Your most recently edited files

  • The newest signature requests

  • Recommended templates to jumpstart your workflow

Home is your shortcut to ongoing tasks, allowing you to quickly sign incoming contracts, check the status of pending signature requests, ping signers with a reminder, or resume editing documents you started earlier.

To quickly access all available actions, hover over any document or signature request card in your dashboard and click the More menu (the horizontal ellipsis button).

To upload a file, click the New Document button in the top-left corner.

Documents

The Documents folder is the central storage hub for all files you upload or create from Loio templates. Every document you add becomes a reusable asset that you can quickly access and customize from this folder.

To organize your documents, use filters or sort them by name or date. Use the search bar at the top to find specific files in seconds.

Signatures

The Signatures folder is for tracking and managing all signature requests you have sent or received. It provides real-time visibility into the status of your agreements, so you never lose track of a pending deal.

In this folder, use the Sent/To sign toggle to view documents you sent for signing or those awaiting your signature (and those already signed).

Templates

The Templates section offers access to Loio’s extensive library of over 2,500 lawyer-vetted documents. This library includes NDAs, service contracts, lease agreements, and many other document types tailored for various business needs—all ready to be customized in minutes.

You can navigate this section by browsing categories or using the search bar to find a specific template.

Guides

The Guides section connects you to our collection of professional business and legal resources, offering expert tips and pointing you toward the most relevant templates.

Trash

The Trash folder is where all your deleted documents are moved, so you can restore or remove them permanently later.

  • Restoring files: Restore files by hovering over a document and using the Restore button.

  • Deleting a single file: Hover over a document and click More (three dots) > Delete forever.

  • Emptying the trash bin: Use the Empty Trash button to permanently delete all items at once.

Your account and help

In the top-right corner of the dashboard, you can find the controls to manage your account or request assistance.

  • Click your profile picture for billing and account settings, as well as the option to log out from your account.

  • Use the Help button to start a live chat with Loio’s support.

  • Click Upgrade to switch to a higher subscription level (if available).
