Identify who has viewed and signed a document and take immediate action if the process stalls: nudge a busy stakeholder or cancel a request that is no longer valid.
Track document status
All sent and received signature requests appear in the Signatures folder of your workspace.
Check status indicators: Each document card displays the current status of a signature request: Signed, In progress, Waiting, Declined, Revoked, or Expired.
Navigate with ease: Use the Sent/To sign switcher to toggle between requests you’ve sent and documents awaiting your signature.
Sort & view: Click Filters to sort by status, recipient, etc. You can also choose between list and grid view modes.
For a deeper look into any agreement, click on a document card or the View details button.
Document statuses explained:
Signed: The document has been completed by all parties.
In progress: The signing process is currently underway.
Waiting: The document is pending action from one or multiple signers.
Declined: The recipient has explicitly refused to sign a document. Once declined, the document is considered void and cannot be signed.
Revoked: The sender has canceled the signature request, making the document inaccessible to all recipients.
Expired: The document has passed its designated expiration date and is no longer valid for signing.
View signature request details
Selecting a document card opens an overview of its origin, recipients, expiration date, and signing progress. Clicking a recipient reveals their specific action timeline.
View document history
Switch to the History tab to access a comprehensive audit trail that logs every action (document creation, updates, completion, opens, views, status changes, and signatures) with associated email addresses, IP addresses, and timestamps.
An audit trail provides a detailed insight into your document’s lifecycle. It also proves the authenticity of signatures and protects documents from tampering.
Send reminders to pending signers
When a document is in the In progress or Waiting status, click the Send reminder button in a request overview or directly on a document card. Loio will nudge pending recipients with an instant email notification. Learn more→
Revoke a signature request
To cancel signing immediately, select an active signature request and click Revoke. This closes access for all recipients and notifies them via email, so they can no longer sign. Learn more→
