Received a document that doesn’t meet your expectations? Instead of leaving a request hanging, you can formally reject it and provide a reason, ensuring the sender knows what needs to be revised. This instantly voids the current transaction, keeping your contract negotiations transparent.
1. Check email for a signature request
When you are invited to sign, you will receive an email notification. Open it and click Sign document to start a signing session in Loio.
Have a Loio account? You can also find pending requests directly in your workspace. Go to the Signatures folder and use the To sign toggle to view documents awaiting your signature.
2. Decline to sign and send feedback
Click the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines) in the top-right corner and select Decline document.
Provide a reason for declining in the text box, then click Decline and leave.
