Delete your Loio account

Permanently remove your account data, documents, and settings.


Deleting your account is a permanent action that removes all your personal information and documents from Loio. Before proceeding, we recommend exporting any important agreements you wish to keep.

How to delete your Loio account?

You can delete your account directly from your dashboard settings. Please note that this action cannot be undone.

Before deleting your account, consider downgrading to the Free plan. This stops future charges while preserving your documents and account data, ensuring you can access your files if you decide to return to Loio.

To delete your account:

  1. Log in to your Loio account.

  2. Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard.

  3. Select Settings from the dropdown menu.

  4. In the Account Settings, click Delete Account under Security & Privacy.

  5. Confirm your decision by entering your email address and clicking Permanently delete account.

What happens after I delete my account?

Once the deletion process is complete, the following changes occur immediately:

  • Data wipe: All your documents and templates are permanently deleted from our servers in 30 days.

  • Access termination: You will immediately lose access to your workspace, billing history, and audit trails.

Troubleshooting

Can I restore my account after deleting it?

No. Once an account is deleted, all data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered by our support team.

What if I have an active paid subscription?

It is recommended to cancel your paid subscription before deleting your account to ensure all billing cycles are properly closed.

Will my signed documents remain valid?

While the legal validity of a signature is not impacted by account deletion, you will no longer have access to the Loio audit trail or the digital copy of the document stored in your workspace.
