Sign up and verify your Loio account

Start your journey with Loio by setting up your personal account.


Whether you are drafting a new contract or signing a PDF, a Loio account is the gateway to your new agreement workspace.

How to create your account?

  1. Go to the Loio sign-up page at https://loio.com/#sign-up.

  2. Enter a valid email address and create a password of at least 8 characters, including a letter and a number.

  3. Alternatively, click Continue with Google to sign up using your existing Google account.

  4. Click the Sign up button.

How to verify your email?

Verification is a critical security step that ensures you can fully use Loio's features.

  1. After you’ve signed up, check your inbox for a verification email from Loio.

  2. Open the email and click the Confirm email address button.

  3. Once confirmed, you will be redirected to your dashboard.

Notes:

  • If you do not verify your email address, you will not be able to sign documents or send signature requests via Loio.

  • A verification link is valid for 48 hours. If you haven’t used it before expiration, you will be prompted to verify your email address when you attempt to send or sign a signature request.

How to try premium features for free?

Every new account automatically starts on the Free plan. To unlock advanced tools like PDF editing and signature collection, start a 7-day free trial of the Plus or Pro plan. The upgrade window appears immediately after you’ve signed up. If you closed it early and ended up in your dashboard:

1. Click Upgrade in the top-right corner.

2. Select the plan you wish to try (Plus or Pro) and click Start free 7-day trial.

3. Choose your preferred billing cycle (monthly or yearly) and provide a valid payment method.

4. If you have a promo code, click Apply to enter it.

Important: Once the 7 days are up, you'll be charged the rate for your chosen plan. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

FAQ

Can I change my plan during the trial?

Yes. Go to Account > Billing > Change plan to switch between Plus and Pro during your trial period.

Why am I limited to three recipients for signatures?

During the free trial, signature requests are limited to three recipients per document for security reasons. Contact support@loio.com to activate your full subscription early if you need more.
