1. Create your account
Your journey starts with creating a Loio account.
Go to https://loio.com/#sign-up.
Provide your valid email address and create a password (or click Continue with Google).
Click Sign up.
We’ll send you an email with a verification link. Open it and click the Confirm email address button.
Note: If you don’t verify your email address, you won’t be able to sign documents and request signatures via Loio.
2. Choose a plan to try for free
Once you’re in, you automatically join the Free plan, which lets you summarize and sign one document per month and access Loio’s free legal templates.
It’s a good starting point. But if you want to experience all Loio tools, including the ability to edit PDF content, sign unlimited documents, collect signatures, and access advanced templates, choose Plus or Pro. Good news? You can try either plan for free! To start your 7-day trial, follow these steps:
Click Upgrade in the top-right corner of your dashboard to select a trial plan.
Click Start free 7-day trial under the plan that suits you best.
Choose how you want to pay after your free trial ends: monthly or yearly.
Provide a valid payment method and launch your free trial.
If you have a promo code from Loio, don’t forget to click Apply and enter it to get a discount.
Important note: Loio will only charge you after your free trial ends. Cancel anytime before the trial is over to avoid being charged.
3. Upgrade or downgrade your trial
Since Loio offers free trials for both the Plus and Pro plans, you can switch between them at any time during your trial period.
Please note that your final selection will determine your active subscription once the trial concludes. For example, if you switch your trial to the Pro plan, that will be the plan you are subscribed to when the trial ends.
To change your plan during a free trial:
Click your account in the top-right corner (the circle with the first letter of your name) and select Billing.
Under Payments & billing, click Change plan.
Select your new plan and click Upgrade to Pro (or Downgrade to Plus if you’re switching to the lower-tier plan).
Skip the free trial and activate your subscription (optional)
For security reasons, signature requests are limited to a maximum of three recipients during your free trial across all plans. If you need to manage agreements with more signers before your trial ends, please reach out to our support team at support@loio.com. We can assist you in disabling the trial and activating your full subscription immediately.
