Renaming
Option 1. Renaming from the dashboard
Go to Documents, hover over a file, and click the More button (three horizontal dots).
In the contextual menu, select Rename.
Enter a new name and confirm.
Option 2. Renaming from the editor
To rename a document while editing, simply click its name at the top and start typing.
Duplicating
To duplicate a document, hover over it, click More, and select Make a copy. Then, name the copy and confirm.
Deleting
To delete a document from your workspace, click More (three dots), select Move to trash, and confirm your action.
Managing deleted documents
Deleted documents are moved to your Trash folder. From there, you can restore or remove them permanently from your account.
To restore: Go to your Trash folder, hover over a document, and click Restore.
To permanently delete a single file: Go to the Trash folder, hover over a document, and click More (three dots) > Delete forever.
To empty the trash bin: Go to the Trash folder and click the Empty Trash button in the top-right corner.
