Export a document

Download, email, or print documents you edited, signed, or sent for signatures.

Available on: All plans

With Loio, you can access your files from anywhere and export them with just a couple of clicks.

Exporting documents you created

After you’ve uploaded a file or created a document using Loio’s template, it appears in the Documents folder (recent files are also available in Home). There are two ways to export it: directly from the dashboard or from the editor.

Option 1. Exporting from the dashboard

Go to Documents, hover over the file you need, and click the More button (three horizontal dots). This will open a contextual menu with three Export options:

  • Download: Save a file to your device

  • Email: Send a document to your email address

  • Print: Create a hard copy of your document

Please note that you can’t export a document if:

  • You created it from Loio’s template and haven’t finished it

  • It’s a template that is not included in your plan (or not purchased separately)

Option 2. Exporting from the editor

To export a document after editing or signing, click the Export button in the top-right corner and select one of the options: Download, Print, or Email.

Exporting documents you sent or received for signing

All your signature requests are stored in the Signatures folder. To quickly export a document from there, hover over any request, and click More (three horizontal dots) > Export.
