How to reset your password?
If you have forgotten your password, you can regain access to your workspace easily by following these steps:
1. Navigate to the Loio login page.
2. Click Forgot password? located below the login fields.
3. Enter the email address associated with your registered account.
4. Click the Send reset link button.
5. Check your email inbox for a password reset link from Loio and click Reset password.
6. Create and confirm a new password, then click Set new password.
After resetting your password, you will be redirected to your Loio workspace.
Troubleshooting
If you haven't received the password reset email within a few minutes, please try the following:
Check your Spam/Junk folder: Sometimes automated emails are filtered by mistake.
Verify your email address: Ensure you entered the exact email address used to sign up for Loio.
Wait a few minutes: Occasionally, there may be a slight delay in email delivery.
