How to access your billing dashboard
Click your account in the top-right corner (the circle with the first letter of your name) and select Billing.
How to change your subscription plan
The billing dashboard shows your current Loio plan and usage. Click Change plan if you want to upgrade or downgrade your subscription.
Choose a plan that suits you and click Choose Plus or Choose Pro.
⬆️If you upgrade: You will preview and pay a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period, getting instant access to the higher-tier features and extended usage limits.
⬇️If you downgrade: You will lose access to higher-tier features right away. A prorated credit will apply to your next bill, ensuring you’re compensated for your unused time. In other words, you will be able to renew your subscription at a discounted rate.

How to cancel your subscription
Click Cancel plan in your billing dashboard and confirm your action. If you cancel, Loio will not charge you again, and your access to paid features will remain active until the end of your billing period.
