The billing dashboard provides a transparent view of your key usage metrics across all Loio tools, helping you effectively track allowances and manage your subscription.
Access your billing dashboard
Click your account in the top-right corner (the circle with the first letter of your name) and select Billing.
Review your Loio usage
In the Payments & billing screen, you can review your subscription details and usage metrics:
Your plan: Your current subscription tier.
Period: Your billing cycle, which determines how often your Loio plan renews (monthly or yearly).
Price: Your cost per billing cycle.
Next payment: Scheduled renewal date.
Max. signers: Maximum recipients per signature request. Based on your plan, Loio lets you handle agreements with up to 10 signers (Plus: 5; Pro: 10).
eSign requests: Monthly signature requests used and remaining (Plus: 5; Pro: 20).
An eSignature request is counted each time you send a document to one or more recipients for signing. Self-signing a document (without requesting signatures from others) does not count against your request allowance. With Loio’s Plus or Pro plans, you can sign unlimited documents. However, the Free plan only lets you sign one document per month.
Templates: Monthly template usage and limits (Free: 3; Plus: 5; Pro: 20). Usage is tracked upon clicking Use template after a template’s preview.
Templates are categorized into three tiers: Free, Plus, and Pro. The higher your subscription tier, the more templates you can access and use every month, with Pro offering the entire library of over 2,500 legal templates. Templates from a higher tier than your current plan can be purchased individually.
AI summaries: Monthly summaries generated and remaining (Free: 1; Plus: 5; Pro: 10).
AI summary limits only apply to the documents you upload. Summarizing a document you’ve received for signing via Loio does not count against your limit.
