Keeping your billing details up to date is essential for preventing unexpected account interruptions and maintaining access to your premium features. This guide will show you how to securely add new credit cards, manage multiple payment methods, and remove outdated billing information from your account.
1. Access your billing dashboard
Click your account in the top-right corner (the circle with the first letter of your name) and select Billing.
2. Add a new payment method
To connect a new bank card, click Add payment method, then provide your card’s details, including the card number, expiration date, and security code.
💡Pro tip: Adding a secondary payment method ensures uninterrupted service if there’s an issue with your default card. For example, if your card expires or has insufficient funds, Loio will automatically attempt to charge your secondary payment method. Connecting multiple cards also allows you to change your default payment method at any time.

In the Payments and billing view, hover over a payment method and click Remove.

In your billing settings (Payment methods), click a radio button next to your preferred payment method.
