Getting the parties' names right in a contract text is a must. To double-check in-text mentions of parties for mistakes or typos, use Parties in the Key Terms card.
Parties include two types of information:
Organizations contain the names of the companies, enterprises, and institutions mentioned in your contract.
People contain the names of persons mentioned in your contract.
If you want to learn more, click on the Parties tab, and you’ll see how many times Organizations and People are mentioned in your contract. Loio will highlight them in your contract text. To go to the needed Organization or People result, just click on it.
