Merging applies one formatting style in your text to other paragraphs of your choice. For instance, with Merge, you can apply Times New Roman 12 font to every bit of text currently written in Georgia 14. This feature will be useful if you have many different styles that you would like to unify or group.

First, click the Merge button on the style you would like to apply to other paragraphs. Next, choose which paragraph or group of paragraphs you would like to apply the selected style to. Then click Merge.

In case you chose the wrong initial style you can click the Flip button prior to Merging.
